Private beta terms

These terms describe the limits of a beta planning tool and your responsibilities when acting on a suggestion.

1. Agreement and beta access

These terms are an agreement between you and Club West Creative LLC (“Club West,” “we,” or “us”) for use of the Let’s Go Camping mobile app and website. By using the beta, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Access is limited and may be invitation-only. The beta may be incomplete, unavailable, changed, or discontinued. Features and data sources may differ by device, location, account, or test phase.

2. Planning assistance, not a guarantee

Let’s Go Camping uses schedules, preferences, travel estimates, weather data, campground data, and other signals to rank possible trips. These are planning suggestions, not guarantees or professional advice.

The app does not provide live campsite inventory.

A campground result or availability signal does not mean that a site is open, suitable, reservable, or available for your dates. Confirm every material detail with the campground or authorized reservation provider.

Scores, labels, routes, distances, forecasts, amenities, operating dates, rules, accessibility details, and data freshness may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or wrong.

3. Reservations and outside providers

The beta may link to reservation, mapping, weather, calendar, campground, or other outside services. When you follow a link, you leave Let’s Go Camping. We do not operate or control those services and are not a party to your reservation or transaction.

You are responsible for reviewing the provider’s current availability, price, fees, cancellation policy, property rules, permit requirements, privacy policy, and terms before booking. Any account, payment, reservation, refund, change, or dispute is between you and that provider.

4. Conditions, travel, and personal safety

Outdoor conditions can change quickly. Before travel, check current weather, closures, fire restrictions, road conditions, water access, alerts, permits, and local guidance from authoritative sources.

You are responsible for deciding whether a trip, route, campground, activity, and forecast are appropriate for you and your group. Do not rely on the app for emergency, navigation, medical, safety-critical, or severe-weather decisions. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

5. Accounts and guest invites

Use an email address you control, keep access codes and devices secure, and notify support if you suspect unauthorized account use. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law.

A guest proposal link may allow a person to respond without creating an account. Anyone with a valid, unexpired link may be able to view the limited proposal information and submit a response. Do not forward private invite links beyond their intended recipients.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the beta only lawfully and for its intended planning purpose. You may not:

  • attempt to access another person’s account, private invite, or data without permission;
  • interfere with, overload, probe, or circumvent the app’s security or access controls;
  • use automated means to extract data except as expressly permitted;
  • upload or send unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing material; or
  • use the beta in a way that violates campground, reservation-provider, or applicable legal requirements.

7. Ownership and feedback

Club West and its licensors retain their rights in the app, site, design, software, and original content. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the beta for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership.

You retain rights in information you provide. You give us permission to handle it as needed to operate the beta under these terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. This does not give us ownership of your personal information.

8. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may change, pause, limit, or end the beta or your access, including to protect users, providers, and the service; respond to misuse; comply with law; or conclude testing. You may stop using the beta at any time and can request account deletion through support@clubwestcreative.com.

We may update these terms as the beta changes. The effective date at the top will be updated when revised terms are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent allowed by law.

9. Disclaimers and limits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Club West and its members, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, personal decisions, travel disruption, reservation issues, property loss, or injury arising from or related to the beta.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
